The Flying Library

The Flying Library

Once upon a time, there was a prince named Finn who owned a magical library. This library wasn't just filled with wondrous books from all over the world—it could fly! Whenever Prince Finn steered his library high across the sky, children everywhere would look up with excitement, dreaming of the day they could step inside.

One day, Prince Finn sailed his flying library to the Rainbow Kingdom, a land where the people were very poor. The children there had never seen a book before, as their families couldn't afford a single one. Looking at them, Prince Finn’s heart felt a gentle tug of sadness.

He walked down the library's steps and offered a warm, friendly smile. "Children, this library holds countless stories and all sorts of knowledge. Would you like to come in and take a look?"

"Can we really go inside?" a little boy asked shyly.

"Of course you can!" Prince Finn said with an encouraging nod.

The children ran excitedly into the library, their eyes as wide as saucers as they stared at the dazzling rows of books on the shelves. They carefully turned the pages, feeling as though a brand-new world was hidden inside every single one.

"This book is about the stars!" a little girl squealed in delight.

"And this one is about animals!" another boy cheered, waving his book in the air.

Watching the children’s glowing smiles filled Prince Finn with joy. He decided to donate a generous collection of books to the schools and poorest families in the Rainbow Kingdom so even more children could discover the magic of reading.

"Thank you, Prince Finn!" the children chorused, their eyes sparkling with gratitude.

Smiling, Prince Finn waved goodbye and steered his library toward its next destination. He traveled to many different lands, and everywhere he went, he invited children inside and gave them books to keep. Their laughter and cheers became his most treasured memories.

However, when Prince Finn arrived at a place called the Moon Kingdom, things took a sudden and unexpected turn.

The King of the Moon Kingdom had heard about the flying library and had grown very greedy. Pretending to be friendly, he invited Prince Finn into his palace while secretly hatching a wicked plan.

"This library is simply marvelous," the Moon King said with a fake smile. "Why don't you leave it here so my people can enjoy this gift?"

Prince Finn frowned. "This library is meant for children all over the world to read. I cannot leave it in just one place."

The Moon King's face instantly turned dark and stormy. "If that's the case, then you leave me no choice!"

With a wave of his hand, his royal guards rushed forward, capturing Prince Finn and seizing the flying library. The prince was locked away in a dark, gloomy dungeon, feeling both angry and helpless.

"You can't do this!" Prince Finn shouted. "This library belongs to all children!"

The Moon King just gave a cold sneer. "Well, now it's mine."

But news of the Moon King’s wicked deed spread quickly. When people everywhere heard that Prince Finn had been locked up, they were furious. They decided to band together and rescue him.

Huge crowds from all corners of the world marched toward the Moon Kingdom, surrounding the entire realm.

Seeing this mighty, brave crowd, the Moon Kingdom's army grew so frightened that they dropped their weapons and ran away! The people stormed the palace, rescued Prince Finn, and tossed the greedy Moon King into the very same dungeon.

"Thank you all so much!" Prince Finn said, his heart full of gratitude.

A child from the Rainbow Kingdom stepped forward and said, "You gave us the chance to read. Of course we would protect you!"

Prince Finn took the wheel of his flying library once more, sailing back into the sky. He traveled to every corner of the world, carrying books to make sure even more children could unlock the treasures of knowledge.

From then on, Prince Finn’s library became the most beautiful dream in the hearts of children everywhere. Whenever they look up at the sky, they hope to see that flying library appear once again, bringing them even more stories and even more dreams.
